A vehicle consists of the body where people and cargo are carried and the chassis where devices required for the vehicle to drive. A hydrogen fuel cell uses hydrogen to produce electrical energy. It serves as the engine in a hydrogen vehicle and consists of stacks of proton-exchange membranes (PEM) and separators.
